    1. Henry Hare 1790's Fulmer / Stoke / Hedgerley
    2. chris mcdonnell
    3. Hi All I am still searching for my elusive Henry Hare. On various census returns he gives a birthplace of Stoke, Bucks or Hedgerley, Bucks. I assume Stoke as Stoke Poges but I have not found him on parish registers for either. I now see that in 1881 there is an Ann Hare who is of similar age who is from Fulmer. I wonder if anyone has access to Fulmer records and could check for Henry? He would be born in the 1790's (a bit vague on his age too!). At some point prior to 1825 he married Sarah Butler from Piddington , Oxf. I have never found this marriage either. They lived in Cowley, Middx having children from 1825 till 1845 and until their deaths in 1861 and 1884. Any help whatsoever would be much appreciated many thanks Chris Bushey, Herts ___________________________________________________________ Win a castle for NYE with your mates and Yahoo! 2. Hi Anne, On FreeBMD, I found a marriage; George Foddy and Rhoda Capell, Sept. Q. 1908, Potterspury, 3b 51. Could this be your couple? I don't see how Rhoda came to be called Dot. Perhaps her second name was Dorothy. There is also a Rhoda Capell birth: Dec.Q 1881, Banbury 3a 822 You can check these for yourself at http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/ Hope that helps, Carmela

    1. MUNNEW - Beaconsfield PRs
    2. Dear Buckinghamshire Listers Looking for help with parish register entries pre 1837. If anyone has access to the Beaconsfield PRs please would they do a look-up for me? I am searching for the marriage of William MUNNEW and Ann ? his wife. This may have happened between 1812 and 1820. The baptisms of two of their children have been found, one on 27 February 1814 in Beaconsfield and one on 5 January 1821 in Richmond, Surrey. Is there more than one church in Beaconsfield where they might have married? Did William & Ann Munnew have more children than the two found so far? I would be most grateful for any help. Regards Ruth
