There'd be a coroner's inquest into any sudden death, such as from a heart attack or stroke, therefore, the majority of inquests wouldn't be of any interest. Nevertheless, it would be worth checking with the record office to see if they do have any at all.
I've found an inquest in the local archives. Got the reference from A2A ( http://www.a2a.org.uk/ ) and bought a photocopy by post for a few pounds. that was Dorset, & 1834: I don't know if the Centre for Buckinghamshire Studies ( http://www.buckscc.gov.uk/bcc/content/index.jsp?contentid=-746638797 ) has inquest reports, or if they're catalogued on A2A. But it's worth a look. Paul Angela Booth wrote: > Is anyone able to tell me the best place to look for a coroner's inquest > report for a death which occurred in Aylesbury in Feb 1867. The one excellent thing about the Non-Conformist Register (on bmdregisters) is that the birth records give bits of other vital information - usually exactly where they were born (ie. full address), the father's occupation and the mother's father (name, residence and occupation). Hopefully this site will get cheaper or the records will also be available elsewhere (Ancestry are you listening?) in time. I agree - too expensive at the moment. I only found my family because they have an unusual surname - and therefore I could be certain it was them before I spent silly money downloading 4 images to get the finer details. The only other thing we can do is to share info here about Bucks con-conformists (my own non-cons are from Surrey & Gloucester btw). Can you say any more about her? Do you know where she was living at the time of any of the censuses? Do you have her marriage record, with her fathers name? Might help to trace her. Hi all I'm new to this list and am seeking information on Eliza HARMAN who I believe was born In Amersham about 1820. I have found her in the IGI where her baptism is said to have taken place on February 3rd 1820. However no mention is made of the church where the ceremony took place (St Mary's ??). If SKS has access to the parish records a lookup would be greatly appreciated. Cheers ..... Bryn (Kincumber, NSW, Australia)
I dont seem to have any mail from the bucks list have I been unsubscribed or what regards Keith

It'll also sit in the archives for the duration. If you think you've been unsubscribed, go to Passport Central and ask for a list of your subscribed lists. If you aren't getting any mail, check with the archives to see if there actually has been any. If there hasn't, post a query to see what response you get. If there are mails in the archive, check your junk mail folder in case they have been filtered into there. If all else fails, contact your ISP to see if their junk mail filters are being too aggressive, and contact the List Admin so s/he can look into the matter and advise you. Good luck
