Records show he was married to Mary Breckinbridge. She does not exist. This was a false entry. Walter was born in the late 1700's in Vermont. His wife must have died in childbirth. They had two children, Walter Jr., and Alvin. Walter moved to Essex County, NY, it had to be about 1802. He shows up in the census. He married Chloe Flora. They had a bunch of kids. The most notable was Truman Buck. The only daughter was their last child Rosanna. She was born in 1826 in Lorain, Ohio. I have more exact records but they are stored away. My biggest mystery is who is Chloe Flora/Flory. Oberlin College is in the town where my Buck's lived and Jonathon died in the 1840's. My e mail is kiliwigl@wbcable.net.
