Obit: No newspaper name, date 18 Sep 1972 SAVONA - Mrs. Hazel Z. Pruden, 69, of W. Lamoka Ave., died Saturday in Ira Davenport Hospital following a long illness. She was born in Tyrone March 10, 1903, the daughter of Clarence and Rose Butters Longwell. The widow of Charles Pruden. She retired in 1962 from the Corning glass Works. She was a member of the Salvation Army at Corning. Surviving are three sons, Charles Pruden of Bath, Richard Pruden of Savona and Harold Pruden of California; two daughters, Mrs. Delbert (Dorothy) White of Savona and Mrs. Alton (Doris) Potter of Bath; a step-son, Stewart Pruden of Corning; a step-daughter, Mrs. Wilma Empey of California; a brother, Willard Longwell of Lamoka Lake; a sister, Mrs. Clara Morehouse of Sonora; 19 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles. Friends may call at the Seager Funeral Home here today, 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2pm from the funeral home, with Capt. Donald H.
