    1. [BUCK-L] Given Name Jared
    2. S. E. S.
    3. I am racking my brain to find a Jared BUCK and can't find him in the correct time frame in the censuses. He should be in the 1750 - 1810 time frame in the Great Bend, PA or NY area. He was supposedly a Reverend, but don't know of what church. My info from 1880 US Census says he was born in NY and at least one son's name was Chester BUCK. Could Jared be a nick name for some other name? I have tried many variations of spelling for it, but how many different ways could their be to spell it? I have done searches for just the BUCK surname and still come up with nothing that matches or would come close to Jared. Is there any site that gives a list of clergymen in the different churches of the above mentioned period or anything of that sort that I can check? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
