The Vermont Families in 1791, v.1, has a Hannah Eunice BURRITT b. 5 Apr 1771, d. of Andrew and Ann (Sherman) BURRITT married Gould BUCK, son of Lemuel5, Joseph4, Jonathan3, Ezekiel2, Enooch1 and Bertha/Bethia MCEWEN BUCK. Hannah died 28 Dec 1809. Gould BUCK was born 14 Mar 1765 in New Milford, Litchfield, CT. In vol. 2 I find Phoebe BURRITT, d. of Daniel and Sarah (COLLINS) BURRITT married Robert BUCK, b. 15 Oct 1762 son of Lemuel and Bethia MCEWEN. The first family was apparently in Fairfax, VT. The second was in Arlington, Bennington, VT which is near Bennington. I don't have your couple listed as related to these families, but there is a possibility they might be related. There is a museum in Bennington that has a genealogy research room which has some interesting local history material. -- think it is called the Bennington Museum but cannot remember for sure.
