Dear Lori, The only Michigan Buck's that i know about, are my mine?? But they lived in Berrien County, Michigan?? They came from Cookesville Tenn. My dads name was William Henry Buck. To my cousins who may be descendants of Emanuel (Enoch) BUCK (1623-1707), Wethersfield, CT, whose father may be a William BUCK (b. 1585 in Wethersfield, Suffolk Co., England and d. in Padbury, Bucks, England, 24 Jan. 1657/58). (Some believe the father of this William to be a James BUCK (b. 1555), but no proof is given.) My connection to this Buck Line is through James (Capt.) BUCK (1725-1793) of New Milford, CT, who married Hon. Roger SHERMAN's sister Elizabeth SHERMAN, 1748/49 in New Milford, CT. and whose daughter, Hannah BUCK (1768-1855) married Jared TERRELL/TURRILL, my ggggrandparents on my mother's side.
