My ancestor Samuel DILLARD married Elizabeth REID who was the daughter of Thomas REID and Judith BRYANT. Samuel's sister Jemima DILLARD married James R. BRYANT who was the son of William BRYANT of Spartanburg SC. I have read the "BRYANTS OF SPARTANBURG" by Jennings Bland Pope and many of my family are included.
