I'm trying to help a cousin get started on research on her grandmother, Minnie Mae Bryant, who married Thomas Ned Dixon in Mobile County Alabama on 9/1/1934. They lived in Eight Mile - outside Mobile - from the time they were married until she passed. She's buried in the Indian Springs Cemetery near there. I don't know where she was born for sure, but I feel that it must have been Alabama or Mississippi. She had brothers named Elwood, Jesse and Clifton. I do not know the names of her parents. I plan to start with the 1920 Soundex's for Alabama and Mississippi and go from there. I didn't find anything online at Rootsweb or any other location. I'll be more than grateful for any information you can provide. Thanks. Vern
