Bessie Evans Bryant, 84, Fort Gay, WV, died May 18, 2000, at her home. Bessie was born October 28th, 1915, and was a daughter of the late Ed and Ida Evans. Bessie was preceded in death by her husband Boyd Bryant; daughters, Lucille Workman and Ellamay Bryant; and her two infant children. Bessie's survived by her daughters Marie Rushing and Carol Marcum; sons Jimmy Bryant, Freelan Bryant, Freddie Bryant, sisters, Beatrice Colegrove and Victoria Stevens; and her 12 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren. Bessie was buried in the Bryant Family Cemetery. wd060
