Obadiah L. and Elizabeth H. BRYANT lived in Meriwether County, GA (probably near Rocky Mount) in 1850. Their children, at home, then, were Nancy J., William F., John L., Ephraim M., Edward C., and Elisha J. I am positive these are my people, although I have not been able to make a positive connection. They resided very near to my Great Grandmother, Nancy C. LANIER BRYANT, a widow, and her two children, Martha A.L. BRYANT and William James BRYANT.
