This is what I know about Sarah Bryant. She married a Samuel Lewis Hopkins in an unknown place. Their first child was Sarah Ellen Hopkins born in Sept 1841 in Ala. So I would presume that Sarah and Samuel married in 1840. Samuel was born in 1818 in Williamson County, Tennessee. Sarah and Samuel are first seen on the 1850 census in Warren County, Tennessee with more children. Their next four or five are born in Warren County. Then they moved to Rutherford County, Tennessee and had their next five children...Yes they were the parents of eleven. Both Sarah and Samuel died in Rutherford and I can trace the whole family from Sarah Ellen's birth. I have Samuel's family also from 1750 when they came here from Wales. After Samuel's birth, the Hopkins migrated to Illinois, then back to Tennessee. In 1838 Samuel's parents moved on West to Missouri and his parents died in Texas.
