I am looking for the ancestry of John BRYANT, born in GA, June 22, 1812. He married an Eliza (probably Eliza KIMBELL on Dec. 3, 1836 in Oglethorpe Co, GA -- although I have also found a John BRYANT that married an Eliza Ann ROWLAND in 1830 in Richmond Co.) They had the following children: Sarah E Bryant - born GA, abt. 1838 John Sanders Bryant - born Oglethorpe Co, November 14, 1840 William Augustus Bryant - born Oglethorpe Co, March 25, 1844 Francis M. Bryant - born GA, abt. 1847 George W. Bryant - born AL, abt. 1848 Martha Bryant - born AL, abt 1852 Ida Bryant - born AL, abt. 1854 Alice Bryant - born AL, abt. 1857 They are found in Chambers Co. AL in 1850 Census and in Tallapoosa Co, AL in 1860 & 1870 censuses John BRYANT died Nov. 6, 1899, and is buried at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery, Macon Co., AL If you have any info on John's parents.
