Several days ago I sent an email regarding Susannah Bryant that married Hicks, half -Indian. I obtained that on www.familysearch.com. There are a few dates that are wrong. Her parents could not have been born on those dates, I think they should probably be death dates. At any rate there is quite a bit on her husband's line, a number of Cherokee Indians named. My line: Lewis Franklin Bryant believed to have been born in Great Britain, died 1794, SC, m. Mary?/Mary Asbille. Ambrose Edmond Lewis William Richard Susannah Hannah Ambrose Bryant b. SC m. Mary? The book is one that I have not personally seen and do not know if it is still available. It is THE JONES & BROOKS FAMILIES: HISTORY & GENEALOGY OF ESCAMBIA COUNTY, ALABAMA, by J. M. Jones published by Genealogical Publishing Company, 111 Water Street, Baltimore Maryland 21202. In early 1980 the cost was then $10.75. If you fit into this line I will be happy to exchange information. Barbara
