Hi, I'm looking for a Lewis E. Bryant who was supposedly born in SC. He showed up in the 1840 Census with a wife named Patience and 3 children, including a son, Lewis C. I haven't been able find out anythinf about his ancestry. If anyone has any info, let me know -- I have the rest of the line. I also have lots of Daltons, back to Claiborne in NC.
