Originally, Richard Sumner Sr (1643-1729) married Mary Bryant (1694-aft 1729), dau of James and Elizabeth (Bertie) Bryant in Bertie Co, NC where they both died. I also have in my database: Mary Bryant (26 May 1915 Trigg Co, KY-?) married Lacy Calvin Sumner 3 Oct 1909 Trigg Co, KY-6 Feb 1962 Trigg Co, KY "Hicks" Boyce Bryant 30 Jul 1907 Trigg Co, KY-26 Jun 1973 Trigg Co, KY married May 1935 to Dorothy Mae Sumner 12 Mar 1920 Trigg Co, - 8 Dec 2005 Trigg Co, Children: Peggy b 1948, Tracey b 1958. Lisa Bryant, dau of Billy Bryant and Wandine ?? married Rick Cunningham in Trigg County 20 May 2006. I have tons of Bryants from Northampton and Bertie Co, NC, but these are the only ones I can say are from Trigg County.
