    1. [BRYANT-L] James H. Bryant
    2. My great grandmother Ellen Bryant is buried at Beaver Dam cemetery in McColl, SC. Next to her is her husband Duncan Freeman (Dunk). Ellen full name was probably Telathia Ellen Bryant. My aunt purposefully named her daughter Telathia Ann after her. I myself was named after Ellen. anywayssss - Ellen's father was James H. Bryant. His grave is in the far corner of the cemetery with an old small gravestone that needs a good cleaning. They say his wife Ann Newton lies beside him with no marker. Ellen was born January 9, 1858 and died in 1932. James H. Bryant was born August 4, 1821 and died October 27, 1883. I know nothing about his parents and no details of his wife Ann or Mary Annie Newton - unsure of her name. Does anyone know them?

    1. [BRYANT-L] {not a subscriber} PHYLLIS BRYAN & LAWRENCE WILSON of BEAUFORT, SC
    2. Tom Dunklin
    3. I am not a subscriber to the Bryan List but I would like to ask the members for their help in finding a Phyllis Bryan who was married to a Lawrence Wilson and living in Beaufort, SC in 1850. I'm assuming that means Beaufort county. The only child identified so far is Abram Wilson, born in 1850 in Beaufort, SC. This Abram may be my g grandfather. I have been working for a very long time on the assumption that my great grandfather Abram was born in GA, but others in this search now think that there may be a possibility he was born in SC. The above Abram may have migrated to FL and GA. Our Abram is definitely found in Morgan and Lawrence counties, Alabama in 1870 where he married my great grandmother, Sarah Jane Nesmith of Morgan County, AL. I have no other information on Phyllis or Lawrence Wilson, nor if there were other children. Other names that may be associated with the above family are: WOODALL, CROSBY, VEST Please contact me if you have information that can either prove or disprove that the above Abram Wilson of SC is my great grandfather . Thanks, Paula Wilson Dunklin
