Hi there, Diane list admin here. Is there anyone on this list that need any help with research from anybody? There hasn't been much going on with this list for a while! Hoping to hear from you soon. Diane list admin
HI Diane I am doing okay with my Brummel/Brummell research and waiting till the summer to do some research in our archives here in Maryland. I have a Joseph Brummel born apparently in Anne Arundel Co., Md and his Father, Joseph Brummel, died when was young and his Mother, remarried and moved back to England and my Joseph moved up into Baltimore County (now Carroll as of 1837) and married Elizabeth Fowble and their son Joseph, married Caroline Taylor and i come down thrugh their daughter, Alice Christine Brummel who married Joel Thomas Sykes, and their son Charles Joesph Sykes married Susan Anna Elizabeth Walsh, and their son, Russell Evan Sykes married Grace May Kenyon, and they are my parents. The Joseph Brummel who came to Anne Arundel Co., Md about 1740/50 is the one I am looking into and I am hoping that my trip to Annapolis, Md. will clear that up. I live only a hour away but I am planning to start my trips there in May/June of this year. Hoping to make the connection baback across the Pond and to find out there they originated from in England. I have traced most of the Brummel's that were here in Carroll County, Md. Thanks for shakin the old Brummel tree, Susan Bundy On Fri, Feb 24, 2012 at 6:08 AM, Diane <dpkms20042000@yahoo.co.uk> wrote: > Hi there, Diane list admin here. > > Is there anyone on this list that need any help with research from anybody? > > There hasn't been much going on with this list for a while! > > Hoping to hear from you soon. > > Diane list admin > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to > BRUMMEL-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the > quotes in the subject and the body of the message >
