It looks as if Jacob Bruhn was born the 16 of August in 1873. His brothers were Will and Jergen. There are other dates but I have no idea what they are for. The copy of the naturalization papers are so faint I can't read a date but it occurred in Crawford, County Iowa. I believe that was where Alvina Carsens was from so he must have met her there. I have no idea how they got to Tilden although that is where they raised 5 children: Cy, Nettie, Ellen, Jack and Donna(my mother). I hope that there is a connection here, that would be wonderful.
