Back in December I made a posting regarding John Bruce of Winchester Va. I received about a dozen responses and appreciate your comments. I've started sorting out my data and find that I have two different spouses for John Bruce as follows: Case #1 = John Bruce married Sarah Cole in Scotland and their children were Mary, James (twin), John (twin), George, Margartet and Ann Case #2 = John Bruce married Sarah Parrell in Leochel-Cushine, Aberdeen, Scotland and that she was the daughter of Hugh Parrell and Ann Calvert. I have no references for either case and would appreciate comment in support of either marriage. Also, Case #1 is the only reference to a child named John. Does anyone know if there is a copy of the William Albin family genealogy book located at some library in Texas? There is a copy in Wisconsin but it is a little bit far from Kerrville Tx.
