    3. Current exchange rate is about $1.60 US = 1 British Pound. (That includes Scotland.) That would be the price if you walked into a bank and wanted to exchange, say, traveller's checks of one to cash of the other. What extra charges or fees might be tacked on to that for the use of a credit card, I don't know.
