The groom was the son of Charles Perry BRUCE, Jr. and his wife, Mary Handy HARRIS. He had three brothers & three sisters, one of whom, Harriett (Mrs. Josephus Berry EDWARDS), is my great-great-great-grandmother. His youngest brother was Samuel Gray BRUCE (1833-1884).
