He was suppose to have been born somewhere in Tenn. in 1810 or 1811. At sometime he moved to Arkansas where he married his wife Jemima Newsom. She was also born somewhere in Tenn. in 1829. They moved to Texas as part of the Peters Colony and settled somewhere around Montague County. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I'm at a brickwall. Thank you, Dora.
