My husband has a William Hershel Bruce in his family. I have as dob May 14,1888. Died June 23,1967. He was married twice as I know of. His first wife was Bessie Maddux, and the second was Clara Stutchman. I don't have anything on children. I'm also looking for more info on him. His father Alvin Byrd Bruce and mother was Nora Tennessee "Tennie" Jared. They lived in Tennessee. I'm not sure if this is the same William Hershel.
