Add to this book to the list: Norman, Andrew, and Selkirk Bruce of Maryland: Their ancestors in Scotland and their descendants in America by Nancy J. Ellis. It's out of print, but I have a copy if anyone has these names in their lines. They go back to Normand Bruce, born c 1650 in Culross, Perth (now Fife), Scotland, and later lived in and was a burgess of Edinburgh. Lists his 3 wives, children. Third wife was ELizabeth Gilmour, and their son Charles (m. Helen Cleland) is the father of the 3 named above, who all came to MD -- the brothers about 1758; Selkirk, or Selkrig, wife of Robert Dods/Dodds came in the 17802, I believe). Happy to share.
