Seeking information on a Norma Arlene Bruce who gave birth to me May 05, 1959 at Richmond, Virginia at Retreat Hospital. She relinquished both me and my brother to same family of adoptive parents. My brother was born in December 1960. My problem is that the birth's took place in Virginia, and we were whisked to New Jersey for a private adoption. Neither Virginia nor New Jersey seems to have any information on us.........even the non-identifying and medical we need.
