Hello All; I am new to this list and am trying to trace my grgrGrandfather Alexander Bruce b.* d.* he married abt. 1835 to Mary GORDON at (Newbigging) Angus, Scotland. Their son David BRUCE b.abt1837. married 5 Dec 1863 to Margaret BEATTIE at Monboy near Brechin. Their daughter Caroline Petrie Bruce was my Grandmother b.14 Apr. 1883 at 18 Gowan St. St Vigeans, she had 4 siblings; William,David,Mary & Maggie.
