Dec 8, 1907: It is thought that the Earl of Devonshire influenced GEORGE (BRUCE) and his two brothers, Walter and William to emigrate to America where they colonized Rappahannock County, VA. GEORGE b. 1730, married Mary Stubblefield, b. 1734. I have no indication that any of them were doctors. I have no solid evidence to support this information.
