He married a daughter of Crawford Colwell and has by her four children: Elizabeth, Eliza Jane (Evans), George W. and Mary M." The Nixon family mentioned in my earlier query was John H. Nixon, husband of Catherine "Katie" Caldwell, Nancy Caldwell Bruce's sister. They lived just across the county line near the original Caldwell homestead in Paint township, Ross Co. OH. Any information about the descendants of these families would be much appreciated.
