I only have verbal history in reference to my relationship to Stephen and Matilda BRUCE. My father, Lewis Bruce KING died last year, but he told me that Stephen and Matilda had a son, James Wesley BRUCE who married Anna Mary MCKNIGHT 19 Jul 1885 in Monroe County, Ohio. One of their daughters was Freda Irene (b.1898) who married Roy Dewey KING (b. 1898). Their only child was my deceased father. I didn't know until I saw your post that Matilda's birth name was PARIS. Do you have any other information about either Stephen or Matilda? Thank you.
