Just subscribed to this list. Anyone out there descendants from the Anne Bruce line. Anne was born 1724 probably Scotland and married to James McCoy b. 1720. They lived in Virginia, then Fayette, PA. What I have been able to determine about her ancestors is: Patrick Bruce b. 1600 James Bruce b 1630 Thomas Bruce b 1664 John Bruce b 1690, m. Sarah Parrell Anne Bruce m. Hi Barb, Welcome to the list! I hope you find it as productive and interesting as I do. Anne and James McCoy were my 8th G. Aunt and Uncle. Anne being a sister to my 7th G. Grandparents James Bruce and Margaret McMahon. I have no information on her descendants and only the following on her.... I have Anne as being born abt. 1725 place unknown and dying Feb. 4, 1808 in Uniontown, PA. Would enjoy swapping some information if you like. Do you have a Genealogy Program?
