Reverie Rowlett, Yes, I have checked USGenweb search. The only mention I can find on Allen Bruce is from the 1860 Webster Co. Census and possibly in some land records. There is nothing that gives me anything regarding his parents, siblings, or place of birth for him. I'm not even real sure he was born in Kentucky. I've tried looking around in bordering states and counties and still haven't been able to find him. Guess I'll find him some day. Thanks for your response. Jackie
