Does anybody have anymore info going further back it all seems a bit hazy ! I just know he came to England after 1066 and he seemed to have had a fortress in Normandy I think in Brix ? Born abt 1804 in Virginia. Her father was James Bruice & in 1828 he was in Madison Co., Va. Mary/Polly married Berryman Huffman in Madison Co., VA in 1828 and named her first son James Henry.
