Etta Skaggs, living in Harlan, KY 1929, had 4 daughters and 1 son. W. C. son of James L. Broyles and Lydia Lovely. They lived in LaFollette, TN which is not far from KY line. Also found a Zenna Skaggs that md. James Edgar (Dink) Broyles, living in Rogers NM 1936. Ken Broyles
