My connection to the Broyles line is through my Great Grandfather, Leroy Adrian, who was adopted by Eugene B. Broyles and Melissa Dodson. The information I have shows that Leroy was born in 1891 and died October 24, 1925 of Lung Cancer in Louisville, Ky. Melissa was born in Hodgenville, but I believe she and Eugene lived in Louisville at the time of the adoption. I know that adoption records are hard to find, especially that long ago.
