    3. Wow! Can you say "overwhelmed"? I've been deluged with requests to have websites and email addresses added to the various surname pages on our website! But, that's good. Lots more data there now to help other Germanna researchers. I ask all of you that have your website addresses and email addresses already posted to take a look and make sure the data is complete. Here's what I mean by "complete". It doesn't do the maximum good to just send me your name and email address and the Germanna family you are doing research on. You need to include the line of descent from the Germanna emigrant down to you. Here's why. If some- one is researching the same family as you, say, KUNTZ or COONTZ, or whatever spelling, that person needs to know YOUR line/branch. Sometimes a researcher is looking for missing data on his/her specific line/branch, and if you have included your's from the emigrant down to you, that just might be the exact one the researcher is looking for! So, if you have an entry, or entries, there, please take a look, and, if there's nothing in your listing except for a generic "Johann KUNTZ and his descendants" (as an example), please make a line of descent down to you and send to me. If you are sending info for a new listing, BE SURE you include that data with your email. Here are two good examples of what I mean by line of descent: "Jacob CRIGLER, Nicholas CRIGLER, Aaron CRIGLER, Joel CRIGLER, James CRIGLER, James CRIGLER, James Henry CRIGLER, James Henry CRIGLER, James Ralph CRIGLER." or "John (Johannes) BROYLES, Jacob (Hans Jacob) BROYLES, Jacob BROYLES, James BROYLES, Simeon BROYLES, William M. BROYLES, Herman Lovette BROYLES, Mary Frances BROYLES, George William DURMAN (Me)." As you can see, if someone were having trouble with the CRIGLER family, and only knew his/her ancestry back to "James Henry CRIGLER", such a line of descent would be of enormous benefit to that researcher. He/she and you would immediately tie-in together and could swap information. You can go to the main page for "Web Pages and Email Addresses" and click on the surname(s) to see what's there: <http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~george/address.html> I've added several more today and still have several to add. Check out the page often to see if anyone has been added to the pages for your Germanna families. Regards, SgtGeorge George W. Durman . -- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
