Death notice: Obituary from Bluefield Dailey 25Feb2000 Dallas F. Bradley LINDSIDE -Dallas F. Bradley, age 77, of Lindside, died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2000, at home. Born April 7, 1922, at Lindside, he was a son of the late Dexter and Myrtle Broyles Bradley. He was a U.S. Army World War Il veteran, former employed of Celanese Corporation and was a member of the church of the Brethren at Lindside. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Glenna C. Bradley in June 1993; a daughter, Joyce Ann Clemons; and two brothers, Stanley and Bill Bradley. Surviving are four daughters, Margaret "Trigger" Cole and husband Carl, Ruth "Midge" Peck, Connie Hazelwood and husband Ronnie, all of Lindside, Charlotte Biddle and husband Robert of Newport, Va.; two brothers, Cline Bradley of Roanoke, Va. and Jack Bradley of Burlington, N.C.; one sister, Lasca Talbert of Roanoke; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel, Peterstown, with Pastors Dewey Broyles and Rodger Boothe officiating.
