My mom can't remember her maiden name, but Gillreath could be it. Some of their children were Annie, Addie Belle (my grandmother) and Sarah Etta. Is this the same Broyles family? I would appreciate any more information anyone could give me. My mother insists that William Hayes Broyles was a direct descendant of Rutherford B. Hayes, (29th President of the US) and that the family is supposedly also related to Helen Hayes, actress. I would like to prove or disprove these connections. Thanks in advance! Valerie
