Reminds me of a fellow I knew during my 22 years of service in the USAF. We were discussing some of the "old heads" one day and commenting on their years of experience. Someone piped up, "Yeah, most people do gain from additional years of experience, but old Sgt. Xxxxxxxxxx has been in for 20 years and all he has is 20 1-year experiences!"
