W M 2/12 SON VA VA VA This report would certainly indicate that Sarah C. was probably a second wife and not the mother of the older children and that there may have been more after 1880 as there is no 1890 census. I do not have Louis S. Broyles in my database. Maybe someone else does. He is not in the Steve Broyles database and maybe Ken Broyles could check his Keith book.
