Jacob W. Broyles, described in Keith as "Wild Jacob" and "Winter Jacob", married Mariah Reynolds in 1853. This was his 3rd marriage. In 1870 they and their seven children were living in Horse Creek (U.S. Census 1870 Greene TN Roll 1531 District 1 Page 20). I am looking for later information on Mariah and the children, and their descendants. I would also welcome any information about the "escapades" of Jacob mentioned in Keith. I am a direct descendant of one of the children, Rufus, and have extensive information on him and his descendants. I also have some information on Mariah and some of the other children after 1870 that I would be happy to share. Bill Broyles
