Still looking for anything on the name of the 1st wife of Alexander S. Brownlow. They were married sometime between 1835-1840 and she was probably of Cherokee descent. She died before August of 1846. in Johnson City or Jonesboro, Tn. He married 2 more times before his death in 1883. Anything would be of help!!! This is my brick wall.
