My great great grandfather, the one who first came to my native Alabama (I think from Rockingham, NC) way back in about 1840, was named Shadrach Hogan Sedberry, born in NC 1804; died 24 July 1874, buried in Forest Cem. in Gadsden, AL *, was married to Anna Jane Fletcher who died around the 1860's in Mississippi. I think either Shadrach's mother or grandmother was also a Fletcher. I have the records a few miles from here. *(buried in the Ward Family plot with some of his grandchildren, daughter and son-in-law; his daughter, Sarah Ann Sedberry's husband's name, Obediah Ward, son of Samuel Ward)
