She attended Ripon College and Nurses Training at Madison Methodist Hospital. During WWII she was in the Army Cadet Nurse Corp. She was a former Girl Scout Leader and president of The Southwestern Connecticut Girl Scout Council Inc.; a fantastic wife and a super mom. Her husband Jack whom she married Sept. 21, 1946 survives her. She is also survived by her son Roger Dycus; daughters, Susan Pearson, and Janet Tyse; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, many cousins and friends. Funeral services will be Friday Oct. 28, 2005 at 1 p.m. in Koepsell Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, WI. with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow in Oakwood Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
