I have recently been introduced to the Brownlee Newsletter. My husband's great-grandmother was Mary Brownlie. She was born 10 Feb 1824 and married William Rigg on 24 July 1845 in Long Grove, Iowa. I believe that she is the daughter of one of the four Brownlie brothers, William, Robert, James and Alexander, who settled Long Grove and and were founding fathers of the Long Grove Disciples of Christ Church. They are the sons of Christian Bryce and Alexander Brownlie of Schotts, Lanark, Scotland. Can someone please help me connect Mary to the correct family? Thanks. Kate Albertson
