Hello fellow Brownlees! I am a Brownlee by birth, my father being Reece Brownlee, grandfather Robert Leo, g-grandfather David Calhoun, g-g-grandfather Robert, g-g-g-grandfather Samuel. These start in Illinois and progressively move south and southwest thru Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. (I am told we are of the Torfoot clan and am still researching this to verify it.) I am also looking for a William Charles Brownlee and his family. I have here he married a Melinda Bolt. His parents are listed as Charles J. Brownlee and Mary Carter Brownlee. We are told he was probably from TN or MO area but have not had much success so far in locating that family line. Thank you and very kind regards to all.
