Should be in your major libraries over there. Anyway it is situated in Cambusnethan Parish, which comprises Wishaw, Motherwell, Newmains and Bonkle. It's about 2 to 3 miles from Wishaw and about the same distance from Lanark to Strathaven as it is from Bonkle to Strathaven - in a different direction. If you drew a triangle with the base line between Lanark and Strathaven, the pointer would meet at about Bonkle. The following extract from the above book perhaps explains it "The slopes of the Clyde Valley are still covered with fruit farms and are well wooded, but when one ascends from the valley to the plateau the orchards and woodland give place to the modern town of Wishaw that stretches north-west to join with Motherwell and eastwards to run on into Newmains and Bonkle." Just as a side note the village of Brownlee is below Wishaw and I think just in the border of Cambusnethan. There exists another village of Brownlee in Ayreshire near Dundonald. Hope that helps.
