I am interested in any descendents of the family of Daniel Edward Browning of Effingham Co IL. Daniel's father's name was Ezra Browning, often called Zera. His mother's name is believed to be Amanda. Daniel was born in 1865 in IL -- probably Cumberland County -- and died in 1899. He was married to Rebecca (?) around 1887, and they had the following children: 1) Charles Oliver 2) Bertha Nevada 3) Nellie Leota 4) John Henry 5) Dessie May 6) Minor St. Clair Apparently after Daniel's death they were put under the guardianship of Daniel's uncle, L.A.
