Just thought I should notify you all that the response on the reprint idea was not enough to cost effectively do it now. It will be done as Vol. 2 goes to the publisher. The status on vol. 2 is that it is on track to go to the publisher late this year. I have about 450 pages now. The goal was 650 pages and to the publisher in Nov. So it looks good for that time frame. If any of you have not sent me your updates, corrections, etc., now would be a good time to sent them.
