Isaac promoted from Lt. to Capt. on 2 Sep 1781 and served to 21 Dec 1781. He died on 1 Nov 1808 in Hopkins Co, KY. His son Joel was living there in May 1844. Isaac received 2,666 2/3 acres for 3 years service as a Lt. in the Cont. Line (while serving in the State Line) on 31 Jan 1805. Comm. 8 Nov 1779. Promoted Capt. of Inf. in place of John Chapman who was killed in service. Married Henrietta ? who later m. ? Jameson. Children were Joel D, Joshua R, and Elizabeth wife of John Hardeson.
